Myotape | Mouth Tape for Nasal Breathing
MyoTape is a specially designed adhesive tape that gently encourages lip closure and nasal breathing. Unlike conventional mouth tape, MyoTape surrounds the lips rather than covering them, allowing the mouth to open when necessary.
Developed by breathing educator Patrick McKeown, MyoTape can be used as a supportive tool for individuals working to establish more consistent nasal breathing habits, when clinically appropriate.
